Summer Fits for 2024

Summer has made an appearance on us. Whenever summer comes, all you can think about is ice cream, cold coffee, watermelon, and everything that has to do with fresh and cold. But whenever you step outside you get all sweaty and all your clothes are ruined due to sweat (even your face too). 

So, today I’m going to tell you how you can dress up for summer and be prepared for the heat. Without further ado, we will dive right into it. Firstly, always remember to wear cotton and light-coloured clothes during summer. Cotton clothes absorb sweat from our body and expose the sweat to the atmosphere, making its evaporation faster (that’s enough science). 

Now, let's start with the first summer outfit. For summer you can wear a cotton linen shirt or any colour shirt and pair it with shorts/skirt and sunglasses. To give more style to your outfit you can wear a tank top/innerwear and wear a cotton shirt and leave the buttons open. You can even wear a cap to look more stylish and protect yourself from the sun.

Secondly, you can try a tank top or a plain T-shirt and pair it with a mid-length skirt. This attire will give you a chic look and it will also help you in the summer heat. You can wear shoes or sandals with this outfit or even flats if you want to give it a more beach look vibe.

Next, you can try a crop top/halter top or any cute top and pair it with a skirt. This look will give a soft-girl aesthetic for your summer outfit. Just remember to wear light coloured top to protect yourself from the scorching heat.

Now, comes the most basic yet most genz look of all time. That’s right, it’s an oversized tees season. Oversized tees never go out of fashion. You can wear them in any season and yet it will be perfect for a casual outing. You can style oversized tees as you want such as with biker shorts, cargo pants, jeans, or even shorts. (Seems like oversized tees are an all-rounder).

Next up we have sundress for summer. Sundresses look so cute and it will give that fairy or princess vibes to your look. It will also protect you from the summer heat as there is enough air to flow through your outfit. Sundresses fit perfectly to your summer aesthetic outfit inspo. They are also perfect for dates or outings with your friends.

Next summer fit we have is another basic yet most effective look for summer. Tank tops are a saviour in this heat wave. With tank tops, you can wear cargo or bell-bottom pants or even shorts. Skinny jeans may stick to your skin and it can be even more sweaty than it already is. So, it is better to avoid skinny jeans and go all cargo and bell bottoms or wear something that has enough air to pass through.
